Paper Membership Form
The paper membership form which can be downloaded by clicking the Adobe Acrobat PDF file icon below. The form is for both new member enrollments as well as current member renewals. After printing, simply fill out the form and mail it with a check for $30 to Fictitious City Radio Club, 1045 Middle Channel Current, Ross R Barnett Reservoir, Fictitious, MS 39042.
